‘Le Marronnier’ is a traditional stone Breton longère, which has been extensively and lovingly renovated to create charming bed & breakfast accommodation, in a peaceful, rural setting within a stones throw of the stunning medieval town of Josselin in Morbihan.

A very warm welcome awaits you at Le Marronnier, home to Bernard and Joanne Graves, who bought the property in 2007 in a derelict state, but after four years of renovation work they finally opened their doors to welcome guests into their delightful home.
The superb en-suite guest accommodation is equipped and furnished to a very high standard, and is offered throughout the year.
Le Marronnier, located within the tiny hamlet of Poulbout, is only a few minutes from the small town of Guégon with its shops, restaurant and bars, and only 5 minutes from the medieval market town of Josselin with a greater selection of restaurants, bars and shops, stunning chateau and weekly market.

During your stay in Brittany there is always a host of things to do, whether it be just pleasant walks in the country, or more active pursuits along the wonderful coastal areas.



We now have a self catering Gite available for hire. This is a fabulous opportunity for 4 people to relax and enjoy the freedom and luxury of the beautiful surroundings
